Not really sure about the actual product itself. My boyfriend tried it cause it was for him. He said it didn’t work. He still had cravings for the real cig. But the 100% customer satisfaction is garbage. we were informed that we had 14 days trial period but that started from the time you place the order, you don’t really have 14 days from the time you received it to try it. When we called to cancel the service. We were told that our trial period is over and no refund was issued. So don’t be fooled by the free trial that they offer you. Make sure you read the fine prints before you signed up for this.
