Here’s a quote straight from Doctors Against Animal Experiments:

botox is a neurotoxin! how can you have a poison injected in your body? quarterly? thats sick. specially because nobody knows about long terme effects yet…
Women that use botox are basically saying: “I don’t want others to see I live life”. Laugh lines, crow’s feet and other wrinkles are signs that you interact with people on a personal level. When you counteract these signs of life, you tell others that you think they are not as important to you.
That’s a very true an insightful comment. The world is driven by looks and appearances. Intelligence is valued, but less so than a pretty face.
